Meet Your Practitioner

Brandy Walker
Licensed Therapist & Sound Practitioner

I’m a licensed mental health therapist and trained sound practitioner who understands how hard it can be to truly slow down.

Exhale was created for that exact reason. A space where you can pause, take a breath, and come back to yourself without pressure or expectation.

You don’t need to know how to meditate. You don’t need to “do it right.” You just have to show up.

I’ll hold the space. The sound does the rest.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound has been used across cultures for centuries in ritual, meditation, and communal gathering. My offerings are presented in a modern, secular format designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. The tones, frequencies, and vibrations can encourage slower brainwave states associated with meditation and deep rest, helping the body shift out of stress mode and into restoration.

During a session, participants lie down comfortably while instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gongs are played in a slow, immersive way. The layered tones and subtle vibrations create an environment that supports calm, grounding, and a more regulated state.
